Birth & Postpartum Doula

A Doula supports the birth YOU want;
A Doula supports YOU physically and emotionally;
A Doula supports the partner.
A Doula is a birth or postpartum professional who is experienced and professionally trained to provide continuous support to the new family in order to make the birth experience transformative and deeply meaningful.
Studies shown that births with a Doula in attendance are 25% shorter labor, 60% reduction in epidural requests, 50% reduction in the cesarean rate, 40% reduction in oxytocin use and forceps delivery, 30% reduction of analgesia use.
Doulas are not medical but a Doula can help YOU with the unexpected
Sleep Support
Welcoming a child to the world is the most amazing life experience but it's also far from being an easy task specially newborns who usually switch days per night.
Sleep depravation is real and it's a common issue for all parents and also for children, with that being said having the right sleep support is crucial for families wellness.
I offer gentle sleep support for newborns and sleep training is available for kids 5 months and older. We can plan the method that will better sooth your child and support your family.

Placenta Encapsulation

Getting ready for postpartum recovery is really important for parents to be, the consuption of the placenta could be that extra boost of hormones and irons that the birthing person is looking for.
The placenta transports nutrients to the fetus during gestation, as well as producing and regulating hormones and opioids.
Proponents of modern placentophagy argue that the placenta retains some of these substances after delivery, and that consumption of the placenta by the mother will help her recover more quickly following childbirth by replenishing nutrients and hormones lost during parturition.
